It is Selectatrack's policy to treat our customers in exactly in the way we like to be treated ourselves. We aim to offer the highest level of customer service by making our website & content delivery fast, easy & reliable, as well as dealing with problems in a relaxed and understanding approach. You should note that your statutory rights under the current consumer protection laws are not affected.
Licensing & Usage
All the tracks we supply are fully-endorsed by the manufacturer with permission to use at home or commercially in any public venue worldwide (assuming you have subscribed to the pro package, and that venue has the appropriate public performance license). Selectatrack is an approved licensee of the Mechanical Copyright Protection Society (MCPS) to which a royalty is paid to cover song writer and publisher royalties. Both Selectatrack and the MCPS are based in the United Kingdom, anyone ordering from outside the UK does need to check with their local publishing organisations on local terms of use regarding public performance.
You can re-record with your own vocal if only for personal use and basic sharing on social media sites such as YouTube & Facebook. You cannot use (with or without your vocal) any music acquired from Selectatrack for the purpose of re-distribution, commercial project, manufacturing or broadcasting without permission and additional licensing from both Selectatrack and the track manufacturer.
You cannot edit the music or on screen graphics of any tracks acquired from Selectatrack in any way without the full permission of track manufacturer.
If we feel our service is being mis-used in any way we reserve the right to remove access at any time without re-imbursement. Please be aware that me may monitor data usage to determine if an account is using data to a level we deem to be acceptable.
Refunds & Cancellations
As this is a subscription service refunds will not be issued in any circumstance. If you wish to cancel your subscription this can be done so via your website account.
Privacy
The information collected from you at the time you place an order (on you or those you gift to) will be stored in our database and is used purely to carry out your instructions and action your payment. There are no circumstances under which, this information might be passed to a third party. We may sometimes email you with details of details of any important news or special offers.
Payment
All online payments are totally secure as they are processed with PayPal, one of the world’s leading payment providers. (www.paypal.com). Payments can me made via an existing PayPal account, or simply by credit or debit card. Monthly subscription payments are taken each month, on the same day and from the same card or PayPal account that the original purchase was made. When cancelling your subscription your service will continue for one month from the date of your last payment.
VAT
All prices quoted by Selectatrack are in pounds sterling and shall be inclusive of Value Added Tax at the applicable rate where applicable, our VAT reg number is 709153932
Complaints
We aim to deliver the highest level of customer service. However, if you feel you would like to formally complain about any matter our please contact sales@selectatrack.com. We will reply as soon as possible and in any case you will at least receive an acknowledgement within five working days whilst we work to resolve your complaint.
Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with English law and by using this website you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
